COVID-19 Update and Business Continuity Plan

Update 3 – April 13, 2020

Mohan will be hosting an AMA session on April 15, 2020 on our LinkedIn page, starting at 9AM and ending at 5PM EST. On May 12, 2020, we will be conducting a webinar with the Financial Executives Consulting Group on Bank Relationship Management. Link to register for the webinar is in the video description. As a part of our corporate social responsibility, we have pledged financial support to the North Brunswick Township, where we are headquartered. The township will be using our monetary and supply contributions to stock local food banks and Emergency Medical Services as they work around the clock to mitigate the effects of COVID-19. Update 1 – March 17, 2020

As the COVID-19 cases continue to develop in the United States, Axletree Solutions has implemented the proper precautions to ensure business continuity for its clients and the safety of its employees. For their Clients all business activities with Axletree will provide complete continuity in terms of connectivity, support, security, resiliency and all other aspects of our services. Clients will not notice any changes, and they do not have to make any changes themselves to continue using our services. All employees have access to support clients’ operations regardless of their location and to fulfill the promise to clients of always being available regardless of the type of emergency. The Axletree Business Cloud is built to handle a myriad of different situations by having multiple redundancies in both production and disaster recovery sites. All employees have access to the VoIP phone system and VPNs connecting them to the Axletree Business Cloud. With this setup all employees globally have been asked to work remotely until the situation improves.
